Our appartments

Our new, friendly and bright appartments give you a great view down to Bozen.
We have especially take a look on quality and comfort to give you a cozy atmosphere.

There is also everything for the smallest. We have highchairs for kids, beds for childes.

Our appartments „guter Tropfen“ and „Apfelduft“ were named after their view.
All appartments have Sat-TV, WLAN, washing machine, radio and a full equipped kitchen with stove, stovepipe, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and all needed equipment for cooking and backing.

Bed linen, towels and dishclothes are available for free.
 
 

"Apfelduft"

This 4-room apartment has an area of 58 ².
It´s on the southside of the house and is ideal for 2 - 4 persons.

The features are:
  • 1 large geräumige eat-in kitchen, table, couch and a small bar counter
  • balcony with table and chairs
  • 1 doubleroom
  • 1 bunk bed room
  • 1 bath room with shower, sink, WC and bidet

With the Bozen Card you have the ability to get additional services and cost reductions in bozen and all south tyrol. You get it for free at us.
 
 

Local tax

Ab den 01.01.2014 wird eine Orts taxe von 0,70€ pro Person (ab 14 Jahren) und Tag in Südtirol eingeführt. Sie wird vor allem für den Bau und den Erhalt der Infrastrukturen und Dienste, als auch für die Organisation von sportlichen und kulturellen Veranstaltungen benützt. Die Ortstaxe wird bei der Abreise fällig und ist nicht im Preis inbegriffen.

Pets are not allows because the appartments are suitable for allergy sufferers.

If you wish we can pick you up from the station or busstation.

We can offer you a wine tasting or tour of the farm after agreement.
Of course you can buy eggs, fruits and selffarmed applejuice.
